Summary: It's a 3-star place. The outside building looks beautiful and tricks into it being a 5-star boutique hotel but it's more like a motel.

Summary: The location was perfect! We walked everywhere and it was so convenient. The building was beautiful, rooms were updated and comfy. The staff was kind, helpful and friendly. Parking was close by. The rooftop patio was an added perk. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommended.

Summary: Staff were delightful. Incredibly helpful in every situation- especially with restaurant recommendations. Very quiet and efficient room. Hot tub was relaxing, wine area was great, view from roof gorgeous. Great location.

Summary: 5star stay! Check in/out was a breeze. Hotel was charming and easy to find. Location was the best part - walking distance from pretty much everything. Situated right beside chateau frontenac. Room was clean and well equiped. Bed was very comfy - nobody woke up sore. Air conditioning was cold - shower was hot. TV worked. We had no issues. Parking was 22$ per day which i thought reasonable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel gym was decent. We didnt get to take advantage of the roof top terrace or jacuzzi but they looked awesome. Would definitely book again if visiting the area.

Summary: Really nice hotel. Great communication when i asked to change our room on the morning we were due to arrive, all sorted quickly. Our cistern was noisy on the first night but that got sirted quickly too.

Summary: The location of the hotel was perfect! We were able to walk everywhere in the UNESCO site. It was great to return to a warm welcome from staff, a clean room, & areas to congregate in with our family members.

Summary: Loved this hotel! Such friendly staff and super clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable and bathroom was modern and spotless. The location couldn’t be more convenient for exploring Old Quebec - everything was within walkable distance. The amenities were lovely as well. We made use of the lounge area and hot tub a few times during our stay, and checked out the rooftop patio. Overall lovely place to stay and will definitely return on my next visit!
